As the world continues to respond to COVID-19, we at Ray Business Technologies Pvt Ltd, are working to do our part by ensuring the safety of our associates and their families. We strive to protect the health and well-being by supporting them in every possible way.
Task force:
When the pandemic hit, Raybiztech immediately set up a task force to address concerns and provide information about preventive actions and accessibility to COVID resources, etc. A robust internal communication system was setup including regular updates from leaders, having one on one discussion with respective teams, etc
Covid-19 Safety Equipment’s:
Raybiztech has made the following equipment available for support in medical emergencies for all our associates & immediate families.
- Oximeters
- Oxygen Concentrators
- Oxygen Cylinders
- Face Masks
- Thermometers
Raybiztech has proactively introduced Group Term Insurance for Rs.10,00,000 sum assured for each Associate. This Term Insurance policy secures financial future for the family in case of any eventuality with Associate i.e (Natural death, Death caused by pre-existing disease, Accidental, COVID).
Online Consultation:
We have teamed-up with Apollo 24/7 to provide home care consulting for all Raybiztech associates & immediate families. The Apollo Nursing team helped & consulted many Raybiztech associates and their families every day and monitored their development during unwell days.
Isolation Care:
Raybiztech has associated with Omni Hospital for Isolation Care facility for all Raybiztech Associates & immediate families. The Omni Hospital team provided 24/7 responsive care with Ambulance and bed availability for any unforeseen emergency.
Covid-19 Vaccination Drive:
Raybiztech rolled out on-premises vaccination drive for all associates and dependents in association with KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad on June 12, 2021. Raybiztech covered the full vaccination cost for everyone.
Yoga:
Raybiztech signed leading Yoga Guru to conduct Yoga classes for all associates and families to improve immunity and reduce physical and mental anxiety and stress.
Raybiztech continued to support employee well-being by extending care and wellness initiatives to all employees so that every employee can work under the best possible conditions of health, safety and
well-being.
Workshops on Mental & Emotional Wellbeing:
Raybiztech associated with CoEmerge, a holistic knowledge partner and enabler for Corporates for their Corporate Wellness program "MANN MATTERS- How to manage Holistic Wellbeing during times of crisis".
The workshop comprises of Mental health, Stress Management & Emotional Wellbeing aspects.
