Raybiztech delivers first Japanese Project - Riverside Transportation

July 19, 2010. Hyderabad. Raybiztech successfully delivered first Japanese project 'Riverside Transportation'. It is a Taxi company, which wanted to develop a website for its services, highlighting the company's excellent services, key information, profile and the way it has remained at the top by providing excellent customer service. This was the time when it approached Raybiztech to develop a fascinating website.

In order to ensure all client requirements were effectively met, we decided upon an approach which included the following.

• We designed a mesmerizing website that will highlight the company's excellent services and also provide key information on Tariff, Car Models, Payment Methods and Stand Points.
• We included a useful feature, where a customer could select what kind of cab, he or she required, including the facility to choose AC or non AC cabs, the size of the car, seating required and much more.

The website also flashed the following on the screen for end-user convenience

• Japanese language on the website
• Kind of cars used for taxi with photograph
• Taxi standpoints
• Taxi fare or Tariff

The website displayed a variety of payment options that include Credit cards, prepaid card system, Discount coupons and explanations for aged and handicapped persons.

Furthermore, we displayed Kobe city taxi cruising plans and Kobe city sightseeing and Gourmet plan. The packages included

• Route 1 from Shin Kobe Railway station to ten prime locations in Kobe city
• Route 2 from Kobe airport to 10 prime locations in the Kobe city
• Pick up from Kobe airport
• Pick up from the shin Kobe railway station
