Raybiztech CTO addresses ‘Win Big with Digital Transformation’ workshops by NASSCOM

As the industry landscape changes with innovation, digital transformation plays a key role in helping organizations in different ways. NASSCOM organized a series of four sessions on Digital Transformation from 10-13 December 2019. Apart from focusing on digital transformation at length, the NASSCOM SME Connect offered a platform to collaborate among industry leaders.
 
Raybiztech CTO Mr. Eugene Paden conferred in a series of sessions that helped entrepreneurs and business leaders chalk a thoughtful strategy to pursue digital transformation. Under the title ‘Win Big with Digital Transformation’, NASSCOM SME Connect organized the workshops at four strategic locations – Hyderabad, Bangalore, Trivandrum, and Coimbatore – enabling the participation of business leaders and technocrats spread across different cities.
 
The attendees also availed of the opportunity to collaborate on vital industry trends and share insights on areas of strategic and operational interest. The workshops helped decision-makers realize the potential of a successful digital transition and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure digital success. All of the four sessions covered vital tools and methodologies to enable firms to achieve Digital Transformation.
 
Mr. Paden touched upon the vital elements to activate digital pathways that bring about customer satisfaction at each of the customer touch-points. A rightly framed digital strategy shall enable firms of all sizes to tread the digital path with enhanced capabilities and accurate results. He also touched upon areas of risks and ways to eliminate cost overheads while pursuing transformation.
